Attorney Delphine Carnes, general counsel for Chesapeake Redevelopment & Housing Authority (“CRHA”), was proud to provide the financial support needed to purchase and fill Christmas stockings for all of the children and youth who reside in CRHA’s public housing communities. Delphine and fellow attorney, Harriet Reynolds, assisted CRHA staff in stuffing more than 840 stockings that will help spread the holiday spirit to residents of CRHA’s communities.
